"Wellness Check" •Head to toe assessment •Assess and monitor vitals •Assess and monitor drainage/surgical site(s) •Medication review (education and schedule) •Assistance with activities of daily living (toileting, showering/dressing) •Client-specified postop education •Postop supply list (a list of items needed during recovery) •Postop food essentials list (a list of healthy choices during recovery) * Transportation NOT included.* *Deposit is $75. Deposit is applied to final balance. A paid deposit secures your postoperative care. Final balance(s) is due 72 hours BEFORE SURGERY*
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are vary based on booking (between $75-$200). Deposits are non-refundable, but transferable to another date (up to six months). Deposits can NOT be transferred to someone else.
